ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Develop working knowledge with various systems and hardware to implement, manage, and track performance of best practices and operational activity. 
  • Manage, monitor, and develop operational reporting for various practices, regional, and national leadership.
  • Work with various stakeholders to specific and document new reporting requirements.
  • Draft and deliver comprehensive report development documentation to various report writing team members either within Evolution or Envision.
  • Draft, implement, execute, and manage unified testing scripts for new reports prior to and after any system or reporting update or deployment.
  • Develop and publish new reporting documentation and training to interested stakeholders.
  • Manage credentialing of available reports.
  • Audit credentialing of available reports.
  • Setup and management of subscription services related to reporting services.
  • Periodically review and audit reports and data elements for relevance and accuracy.
  • Generate and process ad hoc reports from clinical systems as requested.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Minimum Qualifications:

Education/Licensing/Certification:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. 

Experience:

  • 3 or more years of relevant experience in a role that requires independent analysis of performance metrics.
  • Experience with various reporting and BI platforms including but not limited to SSRS and Tableau
  • Prefer experience in healthcare and logistical management
  • Preferred technical certifications such as (Tableau Certified Professional, Microsoft TA, CSA, CSE)

 

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proven analytical, critical thinking and problem solving abilities.
  • Proficient in spreadsheet, reporting and database tools (e.g., Excel, Access, other Microsoft Office applications).
  • Proficient understanding of data base structures, relational databases and concepts.
  • Proficient at writing and executing complex queries
  • Proficient use of workflow mapping and documentation tools (e.g. Microsoft Visio)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with various levels within the organization.
  • Must be a self-starter and have the ability to develop analysis of clinical performance data with limited supervision.
  • Ability to work with others in a high volume, fast paced, and dynamic environment.
  • Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and strong analytical abilities.
  • Must have demonstrated leadership skills and exercise performance and independent judgment in performance duties.
